WKNO-FM serves the Mid-South community by providing trusted in-depth news and engaging music on 91.1 WKNO/Memphis and 90.1 WKNP/Jackson. For over 35 years, listeners in the Mid-South have turned to the WKNO-FM stations for programs that inspire curiosity, educate and entertain.

Construction has begun on WKNO’s new Digital Media Center – a facility that will allow the WKNO family of stations to continue to pursue its mission and service to the community.  All of us at WKNO are eager to move in to our new home and look forward to welcoming you, our listeners and donors, to our new facility sometime in 2009.

WKNP 90.1 (Jackson) simulcasts WKNO’s programming. A repeater station broadcasting at 17,000 watts, WKNP first went on-air in 1990. WKNP serves the Madison County area of West-Middle Tennessee.

WKNO-HD went on-air in November of 2007. WKNO-HD2 and WKNO-HD3 are available to listeners with an HD radio.
