So far, we don't know who exactly might have used chemical weapons in Syria, or where or when they were used. U.S. intelligence agencies can only say at this point, that evidence shows those kinds of weapons have been used there.

FBI Outlines Evidence In Ricin Case

James Everett Dutschke faces charges of sending poisoned letters to President Obama and other officials. He's the second suspect federal authorities have arrested in the case. Another man was released from jail last week after a lack of physical evidence tying him to the ricin-tainted letters.

Cyprus Proposes Exempting Smaller Deposits From Tax

The government of Cyprus is trying to ease fears over a proposed tax on bank deposits. Newly proposed legislation would exempt savers with smaller accounts. It's part of a bailout plan for that Mediterranean country, negotiated with the E.U. and IMF over the weekend.

Venezuela is in a state of mourning for its late president, Hugo Chavez. The outsized leader died yesterday in the capital, Caracas, after a two-year battle with cancer. He was 58.
