Halperin says it would be a complicated undertaking to pull the switch on TVA, but necessary in order to find the most reliable and cost-effective energy provider. McGowen talks about the City of Memphis’ part in MLGW’s search for alternative energy sources, as well as the City of Memphis’ relationship with MLGW.
