One of the community outreach projects of the Memphis Symphony Orchestra, the Drum Circle, is working with the local Veteran's Administration office.
MSO percussionist Frank Shaffer started the Drum Circle project many years ago, as part of the Symphony's outreach program. He's recently started working with the local Veteran's Affairs office. In this interview, Frank and VA Recreation Therapist Susan Matthews discuss how this program benefits veterans.
