The Hospitality Hub of Memphis works with homeless men and women to locate housing and get on the track to financial stability. In 2021, the Hub is set to take in 2,700 new homeless individuals, about a 7.5% increase from last year, says Executive Director Kelcey Johnson.

Johnson and Dragonfly Collective Principal Ellen Roberds join this week’s WKNO-TV Behind the Headlines with host Eric Barnes and Daily Memphian reporter Bill Dries. Guests explain some of the reasons individuals might become homeless and the local programs offered to assist those in need.

In addition, guests talk about the construction of a new Hospitality Hub campus that will include a woman's shelter, salon, family room, and more.
