Memphis Mayor Jim Strickland is shuffling the deck at City Hall, which isn't unexpected in the second term of a city administration. But the city council may have a more substantial makeover in January when, for the first time, five out of thirteen council members will be African American women. 

This week, political analyst Otis Sanford also discusses former state senator John Ford's prospects of running for office, and the Memphis Public Library's new no-fee policy for overdue books.
