For the second year in a row, Miss Arkansas comes from Jonesboro. 22-year-old Claudia Raffo graduated from Arkansas State in the spring with a degree in chemistry. After graduation, she entered the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences where she is a student in the College of Pharmacy. She is the daughter of Tommy and Paula Raffo.
