Memphis, TN – Memphis has had a historically high foreclosure rate, even before the current mortgage crisis hit two years ago. Since 2005, more than 21,000 homes have been foreclosed upon. Candice Ludlow uncovers how one group gets caught up in foreclosure, often with no warning.
