Nashville, TN – State Representative Curry Todd is asking the legislature to consider some very extreme laws regarding public drinking, including one bill that would shut all bars at midnight. WPLN's state capitol correspondent Joe White tells Blake Farmer that right now, in Tennessee, there is no distinction between a bar and a restaurant.
