Knoxville, TN – In 2008, the state of Tennessee adopted new, tougher standards for its schools. And for the last two years, the Department of Education and area school districts have been trying to spread the word that those higher standards will result in lower T-CAP scores. Today, Knox County Schools will send those score reports home with students. And teachers and administrators are bracing themselves for the fall out. From WUOT in Knoxville, Leslie Snow reports.
