Memphis, TN – Long-time Memphis City Councilwoman Barbara Swearengen Ware has been indicted by the Shelby County Grand Jury for "official misconduct." Memphis Daily News senior reporter Bill Dries told Candice Ludlow that charges stem from a two-year investigation.
