Memphis, TN – General Sessions Court Clerk Otis Jackson has been accused of corruption. A report out Thursday by the Shelby County Attorney's Office says Jackson coerced funds from his employees to fuel his political ambitions. Senior Reporter for the Memphis Daily News Bill Dries told Eleanor Boudreau the allegations center around a single meeting.
