Memphis, TN – The new Tennessee State House is going to look a lot different than the one Davidson County Representative Beth Harwell was elected to 22 years ago. Then, she was one of only 40 Republicans. Now she's among the majority, and most likely, the next House Speaker, making her the first Republican speaker since Reconstruction. She's also the first female speaker. Harwell told Candice Ludlow how she'll lead.
