Memphis, TN – On Wednesday, when the Shelby County Election Commission declined to submit the question of school charter surrender to Memphis voters, Chairman Bill Giannini said if anyone didn't like that decision, "They'd have to go to court."
Well now, former county commissioner Deidre Malone has done just that. Eleanor Boudreau reports Malone is the co-chair of Citizens for Better Education.
