Memphis, TN – Early voting starts tomorrow in Memphis. The question to be put to voters--should the administration of the Memphis City Schools be transferred to the Shelby County Schools? But Senior Reporter for the Memphis Daily News Bill Dries told Eleanor Boudreau, the county commission is already making progress on creating a new Shelby County school board, including representation from within the city of Memphis.
