Nashville, TN – The Tennessee General Assembly is considering requiring voters to show a picture ID at the polls. But at least 25,000 Tennesseans don't have a photo ID; and that's a significant problem for the proposed legislation. WPLN's Blake Farmer spoke with state capitol correspondent Joe White about the bill and its hold-ups.
