Memphis, TN – Baltimore is suing Wells Fargo for allegedly targeting African Americans with bad home loans. Baltimore's lawsuit against the bank will move forward. Senior Reporter Andy Meek of the Memphis Daily News told Candice Ludlow that the development in Baltimore could impact a similar case in Memphis.
