Shelby County officials are increasinly troubled by the so-called third wave of COVID-19 infections here and nationwide. Health Department Director Alisa Haushalter highly recommends “wearing a mask, a continuation of social distancing, and, if you must visit restaurants and businesses do it during the times when they're are not busy.”
