BTH: Journalist Roundtable on Vaccines, Suburban Growth, More

BTH1203-1.jpeg

The Tennessee state health department recently stopped all outreach to adolescents about vaccinations - of any kind. This decision came after "some Republican legislators thought things were moving too fast and that minors would get vaccinations without parental approval," says Daily Memphian reporter Bill Dries.

Dries and the Daily Memphian's Abigail Warren join host Eric Barnes for this week’s WKNO-TV Behind the Headlines. In addition to discussing vaccinations, guests talk about suburban growth and development, including the selling and possible residential development of the old Germantown Country Club, as well as, discussions about expanding the newly built Collierville High School.

Journalists, on this week's show, also converse about the reopening of schools after COVID-19, the Memphis bridge, and more.
