Joe's Crab Shack Tests Out Ban On Tipping
Joe's Crab Shack, a national restaurant chain, is testing a tipping ban. Employees will receive raises instead. The chain's CEO Raymond Blanchette told CNBC the tradition of tipping is antiquated and has created an overly competitive atmosphere among employees.
