Ron Jewell's Mark Twain At-Large | Halloran Centre

Ron Jewell has recently retired as Vice President of Halloran Centre Operations for the Orpheum Theatre Group. As a special going-away benefit for the Halloran, Ron is reprising his long-running one-man show Mark Twain At-Large on Friday, September 29th at the Halloran.

Darel Snodgrass talks with Ron about this show that he's been doing since 1974 and his long career promoting the arts in the Mid-South.

I began piano lessons at age 6, trumpet at age 9, and began teaching myself the guitar at 10. My electronics knowledge comes from my father, who had the RCA television and stereo shop in my hometown of Pocahontas, Arkansas for nearly 20 years. My dad is still fixing televisions at age 79.
