Repair Days at the Metal Museum 2024

Repair Days at the Metal Museum are Thursday, October 17, through Sunday, October 20. This event is the museum's largest fundraiser of the year, featuring metalsmiths from all over the country congregating to repair any kind of metal item, from the smallest jewelry to the largest sculptures.

Darel Snodgrass talks with Metal Museum Communications Coordinator Kayla Wright about this big event on the banks of the Mississippi. It will feature a dinner and auction of one-of-a-kind items by the metalsmiths, a family fun day, an iron pour, and more.

Darel Snodgrass will broadcast live on WKNO 91.1 from the Metal Museum on Friday, October 18, from noon to 4 pm.
