NASA astronaut Anil Menon and ESA (European Space Agency) flight engineer Sophie Adenot will begin a spacewalk at 8:35 a.m. EDT (7:35 a.m. CST) (1235 UTC). The pair will finish installing a high-speed communications antenna on the International Space Station; Menon and Adenot began the work on Aug. 18, 2026.
Menon will serve as spacewalk crew member 1 and will wear a suit with red stripes. Adenot will serve as crew member 2 and will wear an unmarked suit.
