MLGW Outage Map

As a winter storm system takes shape, Memphis Light, Gas and Water says it is taking steps to protect utility services while urging customers to prepare for extreme cold.

MLGW is now accepting applications for its Winter Moratorium program, which protects seniors and disabled customers from utility disconnections during the months of December, January, and February. The deadline to apply is November 30, 2025.

Perea Elementary has received a $210,000 grant from TVA’s School Uplift program, recognizing its efforts to reduce energy waste and improve learning environments. The program, supported by MLGW and TVA, helps schools save on energy costs and reinvest in education.
